The answer

Some questions were received about my daily calorie consumption.

This calorie consumption that is about 4000 cal per day is before I started the diet. The most of it came from nutellapizza for lunch, ice cream, a lot of coca colachips, fried eggs and fries, sweets, cookies, …
This was now cut down to 3200 calories per day.

Now going to lift some weights ;)
